Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Xoticsista If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
Please be advised that before purchasing on the site, once an order is fulfilled and shipped, there are NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES unless there is a mistake on the seller’s behalf. In this case an exchange of products will take place.
If you believe that you have received a faulty item, please contact us immediately on info@xoticsista.com.
If we review and agree that the product is indeed faulty we will replace the item.
In event that the product defect issue is not validated, the item in question will be returned to you without replacement!
Please note that we will not accept an exchange if the item shows any signs of wear. The hair cannot be brushed, washed, fingered through, combed cut, heat damage, smell or colour/bleach. There is a 14 days period for this.
At xoticsista, we are committed to providing you with wigs of the highest quality. As a result of this and the nature of our products, we are unable to issue refunds once your order have been placed and there are no faults.
In addition, we cannot offer exchanges due to hygiene reasons. Should a fault occur on our end and the product hasen't been worn we will be happy to exchange the item.
In order for this policy to apply, the following conditions must be met.
1. Faulty returns must be made within 14 days of receiving order.
2. Unit must be returned in its original packaging, unworn and tag still in place.
3. Customer pay for shipping.
4. Shipping back to us must be tracked.
We would also like to inform you that, in the event that you refuse delivery of an order, you will be given store credit equal to the price you have paid minus the initial shipping charges.
Due to health and safety once liquid products have been opened they cannot be returned. Xoticsista Collections is subject to verifying all orders by requesting proof of payment and a valid I.D. None of this information will be shared under any circumstances. This information is obtained to protect from fraud and fraudulent disputes.
In the event of fraudulent charges, customers will be subject to a law enforced hearing upon the company losing funds or product.
Customers will be contacted via the shipping address in such case.
Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded/exchanged.
